5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your jl63 account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. 5.4 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
6.1 Game Integrity. All games available on the jl63 Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) for RNG-based titles, and real equipment operated by trained dealers for live dealer games. Game outcomes are determined solely by the applicable RNG or live dealing process and are not influenced by jl63 or any third party.
6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects the outcome of a game, jl63 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. The decision of jl63 in such matters is final. No compensation beyond the return of the original wager will be provided in connection with a technical malfunction.

6.4 Disputed Results. If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jl63 customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated. jl63's determination following investigation is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl63 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl63 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
10.2 jl63's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl63 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 jl63 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
jl63 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, jl63 may forfeit any bonus balances and withhold real-money balances pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jl63 Platform shall first be submitted to jl63 customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
